Service.....
In Singapore, we do not have natural resources, yet we are so small can’t even see from the world map, normally point as a small red note that is Singapore. But we have peoples, intelligent population with the good and strong leadership government management. We have added service value to commercial industrial, situation like professional management level candidate to provide experience leadership skill and knowledge. We created special service industrial to provide best service to attract foreigner come into Singapore experience different culture, system, human relationship, life style, and treatment skill in term of accommodation - Hotel service, Foods – Restaurant service, Hospital service, Healthy Spa Beauty service etc.
I would like to highlight Hospice service, most of people know that when you are sick either go to doctor or hospital, but for those confirmed no further treatment patient (terminal stage) will be transfer to Hospice as per doctor examine refer to most appropriate care for them either hospice or home care which ever the patient prefer. The support team than provide their specialty service to follow up case by case given information to the patient family for their final decision of how to care for the patient.
The support team (normally very experienced sister or staff nurse) becomes a very important bridge between patient and hospice service they recommended. The family of the patient may not sure how or which is the best for the patient, all depend on support team information given to arrange for their patient to be well handle in the best condition.
The Hospice service team is ready a very challenging duty, they are handle a person from life to dead. Only give care management and no medical treatment. Now I am more understand how it is work, but I am still thinking what happen if the patient may turn back become better like magical effect. How should Hospice handle still treat them as terminal patient ?

Re Start
My life style have been stop since mum was sick, every things happen too fast, there are not ready expected, although understood that mum was in her old aged, but she still so beautiful and young looking, how can we accept when discover her illness and she passed away so soon just within 2 to 3 months time.
What to do this is life cycle, birth, old, sick and dead. Every body has to gone through this cycle. In my heart knew that mum is in another beautiful world, no pain, no sick, no suffering enjoying her new happy life style.
Just wish she appear into my dream and tell us story as usual she does, how happy she is now………
For me, I have to re-adjust and start every things again, because I am still in this common world, can’t escape to routine life cycle.

Over - - - - -
I have not touch computer since last input reserve up to 20 Mar 2007.
Since arranged mum back home on 27 Mar 2007, I had been very busy either look after her or prepared food or monitor her medication time etc.
Beginning still quite all right, during the first week at home, mum able to move down to chair and sit for an hour, second week she start feel unwell and very weak, and she hate to take medicine.
Back home twelve days, her health condition down to previous unwell level, not able to drink and no food, we start worried and feel so useless can’t even take good care for her, the only way was to sent her back to hospital.
This time, it was not so lucky that mum able to turn around to recovery in few days time. The various inflections attached her body to make her more weaken, and she used to sleep to forget all pained feeling.
She never wake up sleeping all the way till the end, she was gone peacefully on 10 April 2007.
One week funeral time now is over…………….

Care Giver
The plan is take care of mum at home, firstly to look for helper, who is experience to look after the old and sick folk. Not necessary to be nursing experience.
Very quick that I got some one able to talk and look after mum, I was very positive toward this plan.
When time nearer, I realized actually is not so simple get one maid to look after, it must be experience to take care and willing to communicate and cheer her up when she is down emotional spirits.
Therefore, the plan to bring mum back home to be postpones. I have to re-apply from maid agency to recruit some one being proper train to look after such patient.
As per family close friend recommendation, I went to this specially maid agency only recruit Philippine’s maid well train to look after old and sick person.

Home Care
After a period of observers, mum conditions are more stable, another word is time to discharge from hospital.
Currently looking for the long way of take good care for her to be plan, for mum is care management and no further treatment, unless her health condition is good enough to take treatment. These are unlikely at this moment.
There are not many choices for us, either to hospice home or home care.
Look at mum condition now, she is performing so well, should not be problem to take care for her at home.

Recovery
Mum recovery after admitted to hospital on 8 Mar 2007. Due to mum condition critical during the day of admission we informed close relatives. Therefore, they are many visitors each day, but mum able to communicate with all relatives, friends and Church members prayer; she is brave enough to accept pray to God that releases her pain, although normally she was only praying to Tua Pek Kong & KuanYin.
As promised to keep her company, since 8 Mar 2007 we all 24 hours beside her to take good care for her. We, six of us take term to stay overnight with her in the hospital. She feel very touching that all of us suddenly so care and close to her, unlike normal time each of us are all busy for own carrier or business and only talk not more than fifteen minutes with her.

Out of Internet world
Since February onward, all Internet activities had been stop, due to my dearest mother sickness, 100% of my time was company her or brought her to hospital follow up numerous check out procedure.
Suddenly the world has changed, loss all interest on either internet activities, regularly exercise program. Although I knew there are opportunity every where, what is most important than your good health, without healthy how can you achieve your goal?
Slow down the footstep, consider of what is most important to do next?

Healthy living style
All the while has been talking of healthy living style, health food, how to take care your diet, how to carrying on regularly exercise etc..
But even you are one of the above regularly healthy person, the disease will still follow you, yet you are not aware, it may discover once of the day, and that is the end of the day.
Currently, this happens to my dearest mother, at her old age (almost 80) yet discovers she has seconda primary ovarian tumour. Normal term is ovarian cancer.
She is very weak, no treatment can be done at this moment.
What can we do for her is give as many as we can are “love”, let her feel that all of her children are loving her so much and try to reduce her pain and suffer from this disease.

'Tang Yuan' vs Pearl

Lunar New Year
The Lunar New Year is pretty fast going to be over, the Chinese takes 15 days to celebrate the Lunar New Year.
In China there are golden holidays starting from the first day of lunar new year to the seventh day and official work starts on the eight day.
Pearl factory shut down for lunar new year, the business operation will be re-operating after seven days. There are three golden holidays in China. Labour Day on 1st May, National Day on 1st October, and next Lunar New Year. Each Golden Holiday is 7 days totaling 21 days annually. There are also other festivals though they are not declared public holidays.
In Singapore we have eleven public holidays, there are various type of festival, including New Year’s Day, Chinese New Year, Malay Hari Raya Puasa and Hari Raya Haji, India Deepavali, Christmas day, Good Friday and Labour Day.
Good in the way, we have four races celebrating their festival in difference time, it ensure all public operations are in normal function, duty taken by exchange peoples on the job for each holiday seasons not because of holiday all public services has to stop operation for the period. For example public bus services, MRT services, some restaurant or fast food outlet.

Apply what I learnt
Lately, there are number of Internet Gurus and Internet Marketers in the internet market, mostly are from United States. I start aware of what is Internet since early 2005, and on and off had attended a few preview of Internet talks/seminars. The purpose is to understand more about Internet and also try to find ways of learning how to get into this new area.
After attending a few talks I have yet to start internet marketing until 2006 as I had work commitment and time constraint.
Attended Store online workshop, there are few hundred attendance from Singapore. They help to set up website online and maintain the website, look easy but costly. If I already have business in hand, this may be a quick way to establish cum develop the business. I believe that there are more and more people interested in Internet Marketing. The seminars organizers are awared of this new strong growth in internet market. The peoples here are keen to learn how to start and manage it, hand-on workshop are more in demand.
Waiting for a while, the next big seminar organizer by Wealth Mentor arranged for Derek Gehl (US Guru) seminar held on September 2006. The seminar more on strategy, difference method/way of the success internet marketer models how he manages his internet business. His team did very well, but not all attendances were ready to apply his technique and knowledge immediately after the seminar. If I am not wrong most of the peoples need hand-on training to start off from basic including myself. Thus, even some have purchased all his tools yet do not know how to use it!
I plan to start my business with online website; I need a mentor to guide through the set up of website connecting network etc. Finally, through searching from website I found a local mentor who is search engine expert, most importantly his conduct workshop with hand-on training. My six senses telling me not only know to create a website, how to get viewer to visit the website, it should natural by its way to generate traffic or attract viewer to the website. The original method is depending of system search engine. How to get awareness by search engine? “Keyword” this was learnt from the seminar.
Therefore, to create a website according to search engine optimization enable the website is a popular site. For example, keywords, how to write your content based on keywords appearance; select colors for your website background, use of domain name, page link, webpage structure etc. All these will affect the website present.
Not only these, after having a website, you have to maintain it, do generate more links, write articles, send sales letter and enlarge the net working.

Feedback
In month of January 2007 there are many activities going on, and more exciting is beenco.com improved the ranking index by 1,638K as per Alexa.com is never happen before since started mid Dec'06 (45 days).
Although it is not range between top 500, but I am glad that the system is working, shall thanks my search engine mentor for his guiding to made this achievement.

Arena Country Club CNY Bazaar
The club location at west side of Singapore along Upper Jurong Road, further up from Jurong Point Shopping Centre, they are thousand over members listing with the club to be informed about this event. This is small function total about 12 stalls, yet not many visitors coming to the event. Either most of the members are working, not supportive enough or else? What I can think off is lack of publishing and attractive information given, if there is 10 to 20% crowd from the list of members and near by resident will be very good for such small event.

Take part in JTC Bazaar
Jurong Town Corporation Recreation Club organize small bazaar each Friday, it allow small business owner have a chance to promote their products to the staff who work in this building. More often they held in recreation room manage to display not more than fifteen stalls. Once in a while they do organize to hold in the main hall (ground floor) that will be a bigger event.
